About Microblading
Microblading is a form of tattooing that lasts up to 1 1/2 years. We design your perfect brow and sketch hand drawn hair like strokes into your eyebrow area. This can be used to completely reconstruct or fill in sparse brows. Unlike traditional tattooing if not touched up will fade off. This allows you to change the eyebrow styles as they change with fashion trends.
Unlike permanent makeup brow treatments, Microblading techniques involves drawing individual, crisp hair strokes that are more natural looking than tattooing, brow pencils or powders. The blade of Microblading pen contains numerous pins that are 3 times thinner than the needles used for tattooing. When performed correctly, the procedure is almost painless. Technicians usually use a numbing solution to limit discomfort.

Denise George, Owner of Forever Ink in Akron, OH has extensive experience in the microblading, permanent makeup and paramedical makeup industry. After her service in the United States Air Force, Denise fulfilled a dream of living in Japan. While living there she noticed how beautiful the Japanese women were, and soon discovered many of them had permanent makeup. It was at that point she decided to pursue a career in the makeup industry.
Initially Denise started by training in conventional makeup artistry where she learned about color theory and how to apply makeup properly to her clients. In 2000, she took her first permanent makeup class and continues to further her knowledge with classes and conventions. Denise has studied extensively with a pioneer in the field of permanent makeup, Susan Church in Costa Mesa, CA. Additionally, she has been honored to be an Assistant Instructor alongside Susan for several different classes offered at this facility. Currently Denise is a member in good standing with the League of Permanent Cosmetic Providers (LPCP).
